If your bottle arrives with a manufacturing defect — such as a faulty component, defective lid, or structural flaw — we will replace it at no cost.

Warranty Coverage

• Manufacturing defects only
• Valid for 30 days from the date of delivery
• Does not cover normal wear, drops, dents, scratches, misuse, or damage from improper cleaning (dishwasher use on bottle body)

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Please email us with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos/videos of the issue
• A brief description of the defect

Once verified, we will ship a replacement bottle.
